Trader Joe’s Hash Browns

Sublime. They come out beautifully in the toaster oven. Top with a fried egg and flaky salt and a dash of Valentina or Cholula (Red Clay would be even better). They take 14 minutes which is pushing it for a weekday breakfast but girl, you’re worth it.
