Sheet pan fajitas (Ali Slagle)

Sheet pan fajitas. Delicious, quick, flavorful and (crucially) no splatter from sautéing since it all cooks in the oven. Great to 2x/3x for a crowd probably. But the real treat is using leftovers for perfect quesadillas the next day. YUM
